Yes he got away.I am not surprised. How do you think he managed to stall for all this time and McCarron did not remove him. Trust me I have looked at Forde quite a bit because he and the others as well as Oliveri appear as trustees on the Empire Council funds. How do you like the $175,000 he gets every year for his pension.
